A tailor made service designed to address all the time consuming issues that arise on the physical completion of a new property.  This includes on-site inspections, handover, utility transfers and insurance.

 

Furnishing Solutions

It may prove efficient to furnish a new build property or offer a prospective tenant the option of a part or full furnishing package.  Our Furnishing Solution offers highly competitive rates on appropriate furniture that can be installed within 48 hours.

 

Lettings Coverage

In order to provide maximum exposure of your property to the rental market we pool the resources of locally recommended letting agents.  An awareness campaign is instigated long before the completion of a development, enabling corporate HR departments, relocation agents and direct occupiers to gain interest at an early stage for the benefit of the individual investor.

 

Portfolio Analysis

The performance of any investment should be regularly monitored.  We provide a comprehensive income and expenditure summary which is benchmarked with a ‘desk top’ valuation to illustrate cash flow and yields. Advice on differing lending products can also be arranged if required.

 

Day to Day Tenancy Management

The day to day management of residential property can be more time consuming than first thought.  Our experienced property management team have the skills and perseverance to efficiently oversee single units and portfolios on a national basis.
