Atwell Martin is a broad based firm of Chartered Surveyors providing a high level of personal service and sound advice over a range of property issues.

Historically, the Company’s core region is North Wiltshire and surrounding counties, although our specialist Residential Asset Management division is active throughout the UK. We react swiftly to changing market conditions to ensure we achieve the optimum results for our clients.

Our agency divisions cover Sales and Lettings as well as a significant Land and New Homes department which recently won national recognition at the industry awards.

Our staff are focussed and informed, providing a foundation that has built up a proven track record in exceeding expectations.

We act for a wide range of private and corporate clients with interests as owner occupiers, landlords, developers, serviced apartment operators and lenders. Our corporate clients include Barclays Bank, Nationwide, Persimmon Homes, Motorola and the MOD.
