Robert Atwell FRICS
Robert Atwell is a founding director of Atwell Martin. He trained
as a chartered surveyor in Wiltshire before joining Dennis Pocock and Drewett
in 1980. Becoming an equity partner, the business was sold to Hamptons in 1987
where he became national Operations Director for Land and New Homes. Resigning in 1991
to establish Atwell Martin as a general practice agency specialising
in Land and New Homes.
Over the last seven years, Robert has been an Equity Partner of King Sturge,
retiring from this in April 2011. He is retained as a Consultant by Jones Lang LaSalle
and is now back in Wiltshire and reverting to running the Company with George Humphreys.

George Humphreys MRICS
Originally qualified as a chartered surveyor with Cluttons in Bath before joining Drivers Jonas in London in 1988. Having gained experience in the commercial market George specialised in the residential investment sector from 1992 with PKL and subsequently joined Hamptons International in 1996 where he became a Director of Residential Investment. He joined Atwell Martin in 2002 and continues to focus on residential agency, investment and professional work.

Sally Saunders
Having gained 12 years valuable experience with National Housebuilders as well as corporate estate agents, Sally joined Atwell Martin in 1999 and a year later was promoted to New Homes Sales Manager. She has expanded the business significantly and is recognised by developers for her expert advice on scheme design, pricing and the ability to efficiently secure sales.

Chris Scothern
Having gained experience with a corporate agent in Chippenham, Chris joined the Devizes office in 2002 and shortly afterwards transferred to Chippenham. In April 2007 Chris was promoted to Manager and in 2010 became a Director. He leads a strong and established team in the Chippenham office.

Angela Kirkpatrick MNAEA
Angie has been in the property business for 20 years. She started out in Estate Agency in Harrogate, North Yorkshire and on moving to Wiltshire in 1992 worked for both corporate and independent agents in the local area. Angie joined Atwell Martin in 2003 and is a member of the professional body for estate agents, The National Association of Estate Agents.
Chris Pomphrey
Chris has considerable experience within the estate agency business. For the past 10 years, he has worked in both corporate and independent businesses and has a proven track record in North Wiltshire. He is dedicated to providing the best possible service at all times for our clients which has helped him to succeed in all market places, in particular with country and higher valued properties.
Paul Atwell
Paul started his own event management business after leaving school. He subsequently sold his interest to join the family firm where he spent 6 years building up and managing a significant rental portfolio on behalf of both private and corporate clients. His hands on approach has resulted in the establishment of a significant Asset Management business which oversees the performance of national portfolios for banks and corporate landlords.

Ben Head
Ben Head has considerable experience in the �hands on� management of residential property. Having previously worked for two significant letting companies, his rational approach has given landlords considerable comfort on the day to day management of their properties.
Miles Wilson
With a keen interest in property and an enthusiastic approach to selling, Miles offers all the experience you'll need in the Swindon market and beyond. Having gained experience with both corporate and independent agencies Miles joined Atwell Martin in 2005 and has a thorough understanding of the sales market as well as the land and new home disciplines. Working as a professional in his field he is an active member of the business community as well as the National Association of Estate Agents.
Steve Taylor
A qualified chartered surveyor with over 25 years experience. Steve has previously held senior posts within housebuilding companies and established the DTZ South West Residential Development and Consultancy team. Steve joined Atwell Martin in 2009 and continues to advise clients on a wide range of development matters, including site identification, town planning issues, professional valuation and appraisal leading to sale, acquisition or development. He also has extensive experience in development finance, and project management from a funding perspective.
Jane Slusarczyk
Jane is a skilled estate agent and motivator having been in the business for over 10 years. As well as her duties as Branch Manager in Calne, Jane is a keen networker and has developed many industry contacts. This repeat business coupled with a strong and experienced team in Calne delivers our promise of a first class service.
