Robert Atwell FRICS
Robert Atwell is a founding director of Atwell Martin. He trained as a chartered surveyor in Wiltshire before joining Dennis Pocock and Dreweatt in 1980. Rising to equity partner, the business was sold to Hamptons in 1987 where he became national Operations Director for Land and New Homes. He resigned in 1991 to establish Atwell Martin as a general practice agency specialising in Land and New Homes.
Iain Cowan FRICS
Trained as a chartered surveyor and joined Atwell Martin shortly after they were formed. Iain has been practising in North Wiltshire for over 20 years and has a broad experience across the property market including residential, commercial and development land. As a past chairman of the RICS North Wiltshire branch he has an unparalleled contact base and specialises in the regional land development market.
George Humphreys MRICS
Originally qualified as a chartered surveyor with Cluttons in Bath before joining Drivers Jonas in London in 1988. Having gained experience in the commercial market George specialised in the residential investment sector from 1992 with PKL and subsequently joined Hamptons International in 1996 where he became a Director of Residential Investment. He joined Atwell Martin in 2002 and continues to focus on residential investment and professional work.
Sally Saunders
Having gained 12 years valuable experience with National Housebuilders as well as corporate estate agents, Sally joined Atwell Martin in 1999 and a year later was promoted to New Homes Sales Manager. She has expanded the business significantly and now manages over 20 developments supported by a loyal sales team of over 30 people.
Chris Scothern
Having gained experience with a corporate agent in Chippenham, Chris joined the Devizes office in 2002 and shortly afterwards transferred to Chippenham. In April 2007 Chris was promoted to Manager and leads a strong and established team in the Chippenham office.
John King FNAEA
With 27 years of estate agency experience in Wiltshire John has exceptional knowledge and understanding of Devizes and the surrounding villages. The office deals predominantly with the residential market although is also very involved with commercial property and survey work.
Angie Easton
Angie is the latest addition to the residential management team of Atwell Martin. Having joined the Calne office in 2001 Angie has many years experience of the Calne market. In October 2007 Angie was promoted to acting Manager and now leads an established team in the Calne office.
Chris Atwell
Chris leads a dedicated and enthusiastic team within Swindon having originally trained with a well established firm in Bath. He has been based in the town since the office opened in 2003 and works closely with the Land and New Homes division who have a significant presence in the area.
Paul Atwell
Paul started his own event management business after leaving school. He subsequently sold his interest to join the family firm where he spent 3 years building up and managing a significant rental portfolio on behalf of both private and corporate clients. His hands on approach to investment enables him to source stock for a wide variety of clients both in the UK and Europe.
Ben Head
Ben Head has considerable experience in the “hands on” management of residential property. Having previously worked for two significant letting companies, his rational approach has given landlords considerable comfort on the day to day management of their properties.
Caroline Schaefer
With several years of experience prior to establishing the Swindon Letting Department in 2003, Caroline continues to grow the portfolio. Working closely with our Investment and New Homes departments Caroline has been highly successful in building clients confidence with her professional approach.
